Help with daughters hair
So my twins are 2 now, their hair ALWAYS looks like this, I brush it every night and every morning. It is super frizzy and chaotic looking. I've tried putting conditioner in their hair and washing it out and combing through their hair, helps a little bit but not much. Anything I can do for their hair?
