The edited picture is showing the evaps from the bottom two. The top one seems negative. 
I would retest tomorrow morning with FMU or whenever you have the longest sleep without going per. At least three hours without anything to drink. 
If you are 13 days late you may have ovulated late or not at all. Did you confirm ovulation or track ovulation?

If your that late it means you didn't ovulate 😔

So I should also add that my last period last months was 4-5 days late. It did come but it would mean that ovulated later than I thought. (That's what my doctor said)
