PP bleeding or period?

I’m 6 weeks PP with my second and I stopped bleeding around 4 weeks. I had all the stages and at the end it was super light and a yellowish tint which I know is normal at the end. I haven’t spotted at all since. Now I’m 6 weeks PP and have broken out horribly as well as having bright red blood and wearing a pad again. I know it’s considered normal to bleed up to 6 weeks PP but given that it stopped, I’m having a breakout, and now it’s bright red and enough to wear a pad, could this be my period?
