Bleeding on the pill

I have been on the pills for about a year now and I have been taking it consistently since September (approved by my doctor) therefore I shouldn’t be getting any type of period. Today I was wipping and seen this. Is this my body telling me I need to take a break? Even if I was to take the week break every month I should not have my period today so I’m confused. What do ye think? At the same time it doesn’t really look like period blood
