Effaced but not dilating. Help!
I’ve had prodromal labor for 6 weeks now. I keep getting bouts of MAJOR contractions and I go into the birthing center and then they stall. I’m fully effaced but not dilated at all.
What can I do to help dilate?? I’m on hands and knees all the time and I’m walking a bunch and contracting so much! My cervix is by baby’s forehead instead of crown of the head too so that needs to move in this process as well
