Pregnant with myo inositol?

Has anyone gotten pregnant by using myo inositol? 
Little back ground my Dr prescribed me myo inositol, along with metformin, and some medication for thyroid and asked me to lose 12 pounds. He said by doing all that it would help me ovulate on my own 😅 has anyone else used something similar and had a BFP?

I have been trying for Years But started using myo inositol, a month later two faint lines showed up on two different test. A week later I started My cycle but it was the first possible positive I’ve seen in YEARS !!! I’m On it Now .
