Transitioning from crib to twin bed and it has been a dark rabbit hole 😖 in on week 2 of trying to make a decision.

I think my son would rather the frame have a headboard considering he always snuggles up to the corner of the crib.

So I'm looking for all of your suggestions and recommendations. Trying to not go too pricey but I get that it's an investment. Also, mattresses. I think going hybrid would be best but I'll consider anything.
