Heavy spotting during ovulation

I’m concerned. I know some spotting is normal when ovulating but I have been heavy bleeding and clotting since the last time I had sex. 12/30 so 3 days of heavy bleeding and clotting. I had a normal cycle last month. Not sure if I should be concerned or not.
