Workout first trimester
Hi all. So I’m 5 weeks pregnant and just found out in <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a>. I’ve been working out for the last 3 years consistently mainly weight training. Was wondering what to do about this? I love working out and want to continue. And what do people who used to have preworkout take now? Thank you ☺️
