We are actively trying for #2 and this is month 6. I tried not to cry this time when Aunt Flo showed but I felt so defeated. What are we doing wrong and why did my first (over 4 years ago) happen so easily in comparison (first try!) ? Now I feel like a complete idiot for waiting so long!

So the details: I’ve never gotten a positive on an OPK but tbh I haven’t been consistent with them - always have stretchy egg white CM and periods are regular. Haven’t been on birth control since I was a teen. As far as timing - We mostly have hit every other day the entire month, sometimes it will be 3 days in between but I guess we are missing the mark? We both cut out alcohol for the most part but the caffeine is a hard one for us to let go of. Prenatal almost daily. I feel so defeated. Any tips and when do you think is to old to keep trying?
