I had my embryo transfer 12/12. We transferred 2, PGS normal male embryos. By 6DPT my tests were positive. Everything was going good.

Betas looked good too.

This last beta, right before my 5w 5d ultrasound came back at 1500 and something… so it dropped…

My ultrasound showed 1 gestational sac and a yolk sac. All measuring on time… but the dropped beta is concerning.. also, I have an SCH it’s small but still a fairly decent size and it’s causing me cramps and bleeding … which has me terrified… the doctor did say it’s possible both embryos implanted but I just lost one… which could explain the beta drop.

My question is…

Has anyone had a drop in beta but their baby been fine? Or your beta spike back up? I’m getting nervous over here! 🥺🥺🥴🥴
