Free car seats

Hey you guys I usually come to this community when I have pregnancy questions or need some type of help. I am 36 weeks pregnant and I was involved in a car accident my baby’s infant car seat is gone and car is gone I was trying to see if anybody know any programs that can help me get a new car seat hospital won’t let me leave if I don’t have one they said. Also if anybody has any programs that can help with baby clothes or diapers because my car was source of income now I don’t have much money to get baby stuff like a crib or bassinet so if anybody know any programs that can help please let me know.
