Confused

After getting 3 negatives consecutively last year. I finally got my first positive on Sunday 1/1 the day my period was supposed to start. Line was very faint. I then test again the following day no period but still very faint line and then today Tuesday 1/3 Im having heavy bleeding, could this be a chemical pregnancy or false positive?I’ve been so emotional because I was so excited to see the two lines I cried on Sunday thinking finally!! So this is heartbreaking
