Hi!

I had my first implant in for 3 years and it expired on the 4th Dec 2022. Had sex on the 5th Dec (no withdrawal, thinking that all the progesterone cant have left the implant yet) which according to my Flo calendar was a predicted day of ovulation.

Fast forward to now - So I was extra extra horny and had sex on the 29th and 30th Dec 2022. I thought this was a bit mad having such high sex drive and thought about my expired implant. So I took an OPK strip and it showed that I was possibly ovulating or approaching a high or peak result testing twice a day, hence the hypersexuality of wanting so much sex. We decided to use the withdraw method for these 2 sex days but we had multiple sessions (up to 3 times across both days) but he pulled out as he was ejaculating in one of the sessions so there was a possibility of minimal semen. From the 30th Dec - 1st/2nd Jan I’ve been experiencing symptoms which resemble early pregnancy or possible PMS.

I took Ella One (Plan B) on the 31st Dec, 1-2 days later.

Now yesterday (3rd Jan 2023) I tested peak positive OPK with clearblue digital and I also had light red watery looking spotting on a tissue after using the toilet, and a bit more spotting throughout the day. (This bleed could also possibly be from the EllaOne aswell 🤷🏾‍♀️) To summarise, this means that I had unprotected sex 5-6 days ago, when i could have been possibly approaching some sort of fertility window or already in one, and took EllaOne 4 days ago. According to Clearblue digital, ovulation hasnt happened yet and could happen within the next 24+ hours. HOWEVER. The sex I had back on the 5th Dec, I havent taken a preg test for it, we had sex once with ejaculation. Like I said according to Flo that was supposed to / could have been an ovulation day but didn’t log any info that day onto the app.

The question I have is, is pregnancy possible in any of these situations, will EllaOne have worked successfully or could I possibly be pregnant from the session on the 5th Dec??? My app says to test for pregnancy on the 19th Jan 🤷🏾‍♀️
