Anyone else have low lying placenta?

Hey ladies. Just had my 20 week scan and found out my placenta is basically covering my cervix. They said they will do one more scan but more than likely I will need a c-section.

There’s been a few posts on this already( if you search placenta privia ). Last pregnancy I had fully covering and it didn’t move and they will typically do a last check at like 35 weeks to double check

I had my anatomy scan last week at 19w5d and I also have a low lying placenta. I was put on a no sexual intercourse order for 6 weeks when I’m to go back for another ultrasound to see if it’s moved up. Basically she said normally they do move up but if at that 25w5d Followup it’s still low lying then I’ll be automatically scheduled for a c-section to prevent complications and excessive bleeding.

I have my 20w scan Tuesday && after seeing your post I honestly feel like I have a low placenta as well. Are you experiencing lower abdomen pressure/pain and does is it uncomfortable when your moving around because that’s what I’m currently experiencing

Anyone else have low lying placenta?
