Confused about how far along I am

Hi everyone,

So according to my doctor, I’m 7 weeks 1 day. This is based off of the fact I had a miscarriage and started bleeding on 11/15/22. I’m pregnant again and never got a period between pregnancies, although I’m pretty sure I ovulated on December 15th based on opks and ovulation pain, as well as the fact I got the faintest BFP ever at 12dpo 12/27/22. Based on ovulating 12/15, I’m 5 weeks. Based on my “last menstrual period” which wasn’t a real period, I’m 7 weeks. Any thoughts? Realistically I know I won’t know until I get my ultrasound. I won’t get my ultrasound for 3 weeks so I’m impatient! I want to watch my baby grow through my pregnancy apps.
