How early do you start testing?

Question

I’m 7DPO and IUI insemination and going stir crazy wanting to test but don’t because I don’t want to get a negative. 
I’ve felt cramps and tightness but scared to be hopeful. 
I even came up with the idea to pee in a cup and have my husband do the test and not tell me 🤦🏻‍♀️. I’m already trying to ask him what it says.

I know it’s so hard to wait! I had stark white negatives until 12dpo and a definite positive at 13dpo, so really testing too early can just be unnecessary disappointment I would wait until at least 10

Did you do clomid and iui with injection? If so I would wait til at least day 12

Same!!! I am only a week after iui also using gonal f and ovidril..  tested and got 2 positives but I know it’s way too soon to test and the ovidril is messing with my hcg levels!!! 😩😩￼
