Weight loss

Okay, so I would like to start losing some weight but I’m not sure where to start. I am 17 years old and currently about 200lbs, and I don’t have a goal weight or anything.

Prior to the lockdown in 2020 I was 150lbs. I felt a lot more confident in my body then than I do now, and I generally felt better.

I am just wondering if anyone has tips on small changes I can make so I can feel more confident in myself. I’ve tried counting calories and doing workout videos and all the things people typically recommend but I lose confidence when it doesn’t work for me. I am just looking for tips anyone may have that can help me begin to lose some weight.

If you read all of this I genuinely appreciate it so much, and I appreciate any tips I can get.
