Something inside the sac?

The ultrasound tech said she couldn’t tell if anything was inside but it looks like there is to me? Measured exactly 5 weeks

Well having an ultrasound so early is just hit it miss which they should have told you. It's completely normal to not see any baby until 7/8 weeks.

To me it looks like there is something in the sack..the one arrow looks like it's the yolk sac and the thing that looks like it has a dot on both ends looks like it's the baby.
