Almost falling over

I keep getting these spells where I almost fall. I'll be standing at work or even sitting down somewhere and I'll have to catch myself. And then my heart starts beating weird and of course I get really anxious. I'm really scared I have a heart problem because sometimes I get odd sensations in my chest that come and go and last for hours. I am seeing a cardiologist on the 20th which seems so far away but they were booked. Also going for bloodwork on a few days. Mean time I don't wanna go to the ER because I have been their before a few months back and the bloodwork and EKG were fine so they sent me out of the door .😞
