Is it possible to get pregnant with endometrioma?

Hi, so I have a question about what are my chances of getting pregnant with an endometrioma cyst in one of my ovaries. My husband & I are going to start trying this month (I'm 31. My doctor said just start trying and see what happens because she knows women who did get pregnant with an endometrial cyst. She also mentioned to me that if it does happen the cyst won't be a problem for the pregnancy and it won't harm a baby. I don't want to do the leparascopy surgery and am trying to heal my cyst naturally. Is there anything I can do to increase my chances of getting pregnant?
