Help!

I have pretty bad psoriasis on my head, like it’s getting so bad you can see it in my roots and god forbid I have an itch from it and actually itch it cause I get these giant flakes that get stuck in my hair, like snow, and they where it was on my head starts to blee. Even brushing my hair coats me in it and I have to brush my shirt and pants off when I’m done, I’ve used the t jell shampoo like my doctor recommended and it’s not helping, so now I’m wondering if anyone has any natural, at home remedies I could try? I’m at my wits end, I’m sick of being embarrassed to wear my hair down cause of the flakes and stuff 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ thank you in advance!!
