Cone biopsy’s

I recently had a colposcopy and it came back positive . My midwife is referring me to a cancer gyn for a cone biopsy for precancerous cells. My test results says cin2-3 and something about SMILE. This is all new to me as I just found out I even had hpv and it all has escalated so quickly within 2 months. I just had my iud removed as we are trying for baby #2 which is how we found all of this out. The specialist doesn’t have any appointments available until next month and I have so many questions. Anyone with a similar situation. We’re you still able to conceive.
