Any hair stylists????

Ever since I was little I've wanted super curly like afro curly hair. My hair is wavy at best, I got a perm a few years ago but was shy and wasn't sure how to voice what I wanted so it wasn't super curly. I gave my self a perm a few days ago and its almost what I want but quite a few curls didn't take. I want to get it professionally done next, what do I ask for to get this? Or even curlier?
