Misscarrying bleeding??

Hello ladies
Im 5 weeks pregnant and started spotting yesterday. I had my ultrasound today and she saw the sac but it was very small with no baby inside. 
I started bleeding after. Is this a misscarrige? 
Ps i had one last month also🥺

An empty sac  isn't usually a good sign but it's still extremely early. I think that you should wait and see what happens.

Doesn’t look it it would be bright red. Did they use the wind if so it could be from that
