I get only one white spot like this once in a while. I have no clue what it is but if I squeeze it (yes it hurts and I prolly shouldn’t do it) a tiny dot of white creamy stuff comes out and it goes away for a while

It is usually caused by blocked pores due to dried milk , try massaging the area with olive oil and warm water
