Fallback rise? Bbt

Can someone tell me what a fall rise is? My temps aren’t rising after a peak opk. I’m now concerned I didn’t ovulate. I normally get a rise and confirmation of ovulation. Could my recent hsg test messed up my cycle? Or could I still get a rise in the coming days?
