Please help might be TMI🙂

So I have been bleeding tiny bits for the past few days I don’t really get periods and I’m no longer on the pill(about5 months off) but since me and my partner a few days ago had sex and since then I’ve been bleeding little bits but it’s not a period it’s in my discharge I’ll put some pics below (sorry for the graphicness😩I’m worrying as I don’t know what’s going on I’m getting little cramps and stuff but totally confused about what’s going on thanks for help in advance 😩😅 any advice or suggestions or anything will be greatly appreciated ❤️
