Officially ttc need tips!!

Our wedding was this Saturday and now we are officially ttc!! We have been completely unprotected and not pulling out for the last 3 years so I will be making a doctors appointment to check everything out. But in the meantime I need all of the tips and tricks I can get! Thank you!!!
