Lady part no photo tmi post , needs advice!

So i asked my obgyn about these tiny little bumps i get around the inside of my vulva if its normal he says yes it is completely normal. Its filled with thick white stuff? He says dont ever mess with it. But how do we get rid of it? I didnt ask him for any cream or treatment but he says same way we get acne on our face it would be considered acne down there. Doesn’t look like anything serious but i do notice when i shower i feel them tiny bumps and its annoying. Btw its not warts lol i follow up with my obgyn for every little thing and have no sti’s or stds.
