If anyone tracks bbt, I’d love your opinion. I have given Mira a little break. I wondered if someone could give me some insight if you track or understand BBT. I have thyroid issues which I’m on supplements for which mess with my temps. Initially fertility friend picked up ovulation but after adding todays temp it hasn’t l detected anymore 😞

Update- have overridden the ovulation date as it was initially detected. I would love to know anyone who had become pregnant if your chart was abit confusing and all over the shop? I would be happy to know that ovulation had ever taken place even if a little bundle of joy wasn’t possible this cycle. I have a slight colour in CM TMI sorry, and I feel very tired like before I normally get AF but she hasn’t turned up yet 🙈 confused is an understatement
