I tried it and didn’t conceive with it. I watched a video by the lady doctor known as egg whisperer and she did a study on lubes and pressed was actually terrible and stopped swimming of Sperm almost completely 😱so i threw it straight in the trash!!!

Basically is sperm friendly lube. So makes things juicy enough so the sperm have an easier time making their way up. It comes with syringes that you can inject the lube up your vagina with or you can use your fingers or partner's penis. 
My husband had viscous semen (meaning a little thick) and so we used preseed to try and help his sperm out. But in the end the times I got pregnant weren't months I used preseed. It does no harm and has a possible gain. No side effects unless you are allergic to most lubes.

It can help marginally if you don't produce adequate cervical mucus and need a bit more for sex. It wont harm sperm movement. There are no side effects unless you were to be allergic to it, just like with any other product. You use it just like normal lube.
