Help asap u/s tech did not see baby’s insides!

My sister inlaw came from oversees 3 days ago, she is waiting to get insurance because she is 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant via ivf after 7 years of trying and both tubes being removed. We took her to get an u/s where my friend works (she is a patient scheduler there) just to make sure she is ok and the baby is okay basically just for peace of mind. (She had twins and lost one before coming here)

We took her to a basic imaging center where they only check pregnancies 12 weeks and under, but i explained the situation and they were able to get me in.

The issue is that the ultrasound tech was being very iffy while she was going the ultrasound. The only thing she said was “the problem is she is not measuring what she is saying, she is measuring bigger” and “ you need to take her to an ob professional as soon as possible” and “ i can not give any information the results will go to your referring doctor for review”

And so i called my friend and told her that something didn’t feel right and she talked to the tech apparently telling her that she saw some fluid around the baby and couldn’t see the baby’s insides at all, like the kidneys and stomach and all that

Like the baby was moving and the heart was beating but she didn’t se any insides?

Do you think this is possible, should we be worried!!??
