I have an extremely heavy flow and these have been a lifesaver. I usually use the boy shorts as they hold the most and ngl I wear them as literal shorts as they look like Nike pros. If you’re like me and soak through a tampon in 30 minutes sometimes, sometimes you may just need to use these as insurance. If you know your flow you should be good as I’ve only bled through them once and that was at night
