Phlegm and cough on my 1 year old

Good evening mommas! My 1 year old has been sick since Monday, she began with a fever and thankfully the fever went away the same day and she hasn’t gotten it ever since, but she has a dry cough and congestion and she has phlegm, I don’t know what to give her I know there aren’t any medications for cough and cough syrups are not recommended on babies but I don’t know what else I can try… I’ve been giving her honey but it doesn’t seem to help her. Any suggestion?
