anybody a divorce lawyer here?

Even tho me and my husband agreed to divorce..he is not ready to start the process or even sign the paperwork to get started..he claims that it is a painful situation and that he is not ready just yet. For personal issues we both agreed to live separately but i havent moved yet..he gets to stay at home and i get my own place or live with my mother..i havent decided yet..BUT i really dont trust him and idk if in the future he will accuse me of abandoment..he said he wont (i got msgs as proof) i do try to be understanding and decided to give him some time to start the process..So, my question is..Can i make a letter stating that we cant accuse eachother of anything? like abandoment, adultery, or takin money from eachother or properties? just anything..and get it notorized and signed by the both of us? if so, if he does accuse me of anything can that letter help me with my case? thank you in advance!
