Going through a miscarriage at 11 weeks…

I know this is very graphic and very TMI but I need to know if I should go to the ER. The cramps have gotten really really bad and I have changed into 5 different pads in the last 4 hours. This is already killing me mentally and now the amount of blood and cramps are driving me insane. I’ve had 5 of these big blood clots come out.
