Blood when pooping

So at around 2-3 months pregnant I started noticing blood when I pooped and I was constipated. I now am 19 weeks and haven’t had bloody poops in a while. Today I had another bloody poop… what can this be?

Hemorrhoids. I had them with my first pregnancy. All the pressure down there causes them. They’ll go away after birth.
