So I’ve been friends with a mom since 2020. Our sons went to school together. She asked to have a play date at my house a week ago and somehow my husband had his tin of weed that he usually keeps above a shelf outside. He asked me to help him grab it because he was working. Now, my friend doesn’t know my husband smokes and my husband has always done it very discreetly. When I went to get the tin, it accidentally dropped and she saw everything. I am worried that she might have judged us or thinks negatively of us. We are good people and my husband has always used it to calm his anxiety. I haven’t heard from my friend despite reaching out to her. I bought her a sweater for Christmas and I had asked her if it fit so I can exchange it incase it didn’t but no response. Should I try to explain everything or let it go?
