BD and I are pissed at new school!

OK so my daughter is three and has been attending a local daycare. I found her a really good school they wanted her as soon as she was potty trained. She is 97% potty trained Sometimes she forgets she’s wearing underwear or in this case with the school didn’t know what to do. They have tiny toilets, and she is used to using stool for a regular sized toilet. She blew them away today in class did more than fit in was an absolute star. Her daily report was nothing but compliments. I saw the accidents on her report, but I wasn’t expecting an ambush when we picked her up. The Director said she isn’t potty trained because she peed on the floor in the bathroom and had accidents in her pull up. The most infuriating part is is that they’re trying to get rid of us as slow as possible. They were all like why don’t you keep her home tomorrow and we’ll reevaluate.  I very clearly explained to them that she was likely struggling with their set up because it’s not what she’s used too. I’m terrified she’s going to feel punished and regress.  if anyone has similar stories or ideas, please share. She is unable to advance her potty training at home or in the daycare’She was already at before this one bc she’s ahead of the other kids, and she shouldn’t be punished for getting confused over an alien set up
