Is it possible I’m not losing weight bc I’m gaining muscle?

I should be in a calorie deficiency. Im eating wayyyy less than I was and tracking calories. I started working out last Monday, every week day. I do feel a bit stronger as it’s getting easier to work out.

Im not losing any weight tho. I also recently went through my third miscarriage 2 weeks ago (I’ve had them back to back last year) and haven’t really watched my weight or worked out since my first miscarriage last spring.

I used to be able to lose weight easier before these just by watching my food alone. I’m even combining it with working out now and I’m still not losing weight

Im wondering if I’m not losing bc of these miscarriages, and it’s made it harder for my body to lose weight? Maybe it’s too soon considering I’m only 2 weeks after my miscarriage at 13 weeks?

Or am I maybe gaining some muscle so my weight isn’t changing?

Also I know I’ve only began working out and eating healthy, but you wouldn’t thought the drastic lifestyle change would have made me drop some weight immediately.. that’s how its always happened in the past for me
