How do I make this meal more satiating with less calories?!

The only thing I have for groceries for my lunch this week is rice pouches from Costco, chicken nuggets, and avocado

I use half a pouch which is 240cal, a serving of chicken nuggets (which have hidden vegetables) that’s 210cal, half an avocado which is 80cal, and a table spoon of Mayo which is 50cal.

It ends up being

Calories: 580

Protein: 15g

Carbs: 72g

Fat: 26g

This is a huge meal in terms of calories for me because I’m only 4’8”…. I’m still hungry after eating it and I’m not understanding why… rice is supposed to be filling, avocado has fiber, and I’m getting a decent amount of protein

What can I add or substitute to make it more satiating and filling??
