Hey y’all I need some advice , I was suppose to get my period on the 02/12 and it last to the 16th of this month

But I didn’t have a real flow this period I was spotting to none the whole time . One day I had a

Little more blood than usual but it stopped after a couple hours . I spotting very light pink to brown .

So since yesterday I’ve experienced more discomfort in my lower abdominal area and very sore breast . My appetite increased more as well .

I took a pregnancy test with red dye and it was a faint line yesterday and today I took one and it was negative .

So as of today I would be 3 days late because I didn’t have a regular flow or could this just be a weird period .

This has never happen before but I can say the two things that stick out are my breast being so sore like and the lower abdominal pain like right in the center . Kind feel like mild cramps like that feeling when you know you’re about to start

Any advice
