Possible Miscarriage??

Does this mean I miscarried or end in failed pregnancy? I would be 9 weeks 1 days. I just don’t want my hopes up for nothing💔 I don’t go back till the 31st

They are saying that there’s a 2 week difference in your ultrasound measurements of baby and your last period ! Because of such a large difference in dates they want to repeat an ultrasound. It seems no fetal heart beat was seen however they are unsure if it’s because the pregnancy is to early or it’s not a viable pregnancy meaning you will miss carry. 
I think the best thing you can do is hope like hell your conception dates were off and baby is just a little behind! 
I don’t mean my explanation in a rude way just trying to make it make sense! My baby also measured behind but I’m completely unsure of when I ovulated so for me I’m not shocked my dates are off and have no signs of a misscarriage so I’m continuing on with pregnant until told otherwise !!

my baby was off/behind by 2 weeks and he was born 39 weeks super healthy. every case is different obviously but hope for the best
