Cracked nipples
My 7 month old bit me last week and now my left nipple is super sore and cracked. I’ve been covering it in lanolin but it’s still so painful. Does anyone have any tips? I want to cry every time I nurse or pump because it hurts so bad. I don’t think it’s a latch issue because the opposite side is totally fine
