How often do you change your pad?

I recently spoke my mother and sister about how often they change their pads when they're on their period and got surprised by their answers. So I got curious if I'm the only one that usually changes their pads everytime when peeing (during the heavy days)

When it feels necessary. Change your pad when you feel you need to. Whatever makes you comfortable.

I tell myself not to change it, but then idk it can be the smallest drop and I'm waddling back to the restroom like a penguin getting a dry one 😂😂 sucks to deal with being a woman, might as well be comfortable.

Depends on the period. More often if I can feel it a lot on the heavier days but usually every time I go to the bathroom.

It depends on my flow and what kind of pads I’m wearing , but usually during the day every 4 hours or before it reaches the sides. Night 8 or 9 hrs

I wear tampons and panty liners during the day. I’ll change the liner every 4 hours. I wear pads at night and I’ll change them in the morning.

On heavy days I have to every time I use the bathroom
On lighter days maybe every other time.
On panty liner days, first thing in the morning, maybe 1 more time during the day, then at night again before bed
