Uterine prolapse?

I’m 3.5 months PP and I’m going to the doctor tomorrow to make sure, but I’m 100% positive I have a mild uterine prolapse. Has anyone else had this? What did you do for treatment?

Pelvic floor therapy. After my 3rd, while in hospital I knew I had a prolapse of some sort. Doctor brushed me off and said “you just had a baby, wait 6 weeks and if it’s still bothering you we will take a look at your follow up”. At my 6 week appointment, I brought it up again so he took a look. While laying there he says “show me what you mean”. So I had to point and he basically said “ya all woman who have given birth vaginally have it to some degree, it’s mild and you can have more kids if you want”. Told me to do some kegels. I felt super brushed off. So started pelvic therapy and she actually listened and told me I have a bladder prolapse. Gave me exercises, measured strength. It is still there, but much better than it was. I don’t notice it constantly anymore.

I have a prolapse. Its incredibly annoying... but when I went to the doctor they said they can't do anything until I'm done having kids because it's pointless. I am finally pregnant with my second and will asking for surgery after this baby to fix it 🤷‍♀️. Basically only way to fix uterine prolapse is surgery but if yours doesn't bother you then you obviously don't have to go that far. I want mine fixed it causes discomfort and messes with my self esteem even though my husband says he can't notice I notice and it bothers me lol

Yes and I rehabilitated it through going to see a pelvic health physio - best move ever

There are several kinds of prolapse and physical therapy and doing regular pelvic floor strengthening exercises can help a lot. In many cases they can resolve completely without surgery.
