Postpartum 6 week check up😩

Hello glow family ! I took a mommy break for a month and a half .. long story short, I went to my ob appointment yesterday.. before then I was fine no bleeding no cramping , I have been Brest feedin my little one on and off .. I didn’t realize that you won’t get a period if u Brest feed.. crazy rite this is my 3rd child with a ten year age gap .. so I’m a little rusty on what to expect.. after my postpartum cervix check I started cramping and bleeding , it feels like I’m having spasms and it felt like labor pains all over again.. the worst pain being in my back .. I have not been sexually active .. my questions is have the dr been to rough ? Is this normal? No blood is on my pad only when I wipe every other time . Should I be worried.. I’m so worked up I’m still sore from child birth the exam hurt like hell now I’m in pain off and on should I go back to another dr or just ride it out and see how I do ? 😩😣😞 I started no to even go ,I was doing fine and was not planning on having sex no time soon .. I’m bout super irritated 😠
