Light brown discharge at 8 weeks

Please help!! I currently 8 weeks and 3 days, woke up this morning and went to the bathroom. Had light brown/pink discharge when I wiped and I’m freaking out (had miscarriage right before this pregnancy) I don’t have any other concerning symptoms at the moment. I have doctor appointment coming up in 3 days, so not sure if I should try to stay calm and wait to see what happen. I went for ultrasound at 6 weeks due to previous miscarriage and everything looks great, even saw heartbeat. Anyone experience similar situation?
