Cautiously Optimistic

So my cycles are irregular since removing paragard months ago, according to my last menstrual period I am 6+2. My HCG levels are rising, but slowly & not at a level you’d expect to see. I have had spotting for 2 days now. Not a lot and only when I void and wipe I see it. I had one episode of red yesterday and the rest has been brown. I spoke with my doctor and we both agreed likely it was impending miscarriage. I’ve had some dull aches on my right and left sides of my lower abdomen intermittently so she requested I go today for an ultrasound to make sure it was not ectopic. We discussed cytotec vs a d&c for helping my body with the process. I met my husband and we went for the ultrasound. We talked in the truck about our options and prepared ourselves for an empty sac. To our surprise my cervix is still very much closed. The pregnancy is in my uterus and the baby was measuring 5+5 with a FHR of 78. The tech told me they usually do not find the heart rate this early with scans and that was a good number for as early as the baby is shown to be. We go back next Friday for follow up blood work and another ultrasound. My ultrasound report shows 2 hemorrhagic cysts, one being a corpus luteal cyst and the other a para ovarian cyst, so I guess my question is if anyone here has ever dealt with this an what your outcome was?
